As a provider you may wonder what an eDelivered statement looks like from a patient’s perspective. The function below allows you to send a demonstration statement to yourself. When you proceed you will notice that you have two possible delivery mechanisms. The first one is via email and the second one is via SMS/Text Message. To make this work, you must enter valid information. I can promise you that the information you provide will be kept confidential and we will only use it to demonstrate the Statement eDelivery mechanism.
When you proceed – this will happen:
1. You enter valid e-mail/cell number data and click the “Process” button.
2. We will create a unique demonstration statement and send that to you.
3. We will also create a credit card number that you can use to pay for the demonstration statement. This will be delivered separately to you at about the same time we deliver the statement.
